Everytime I try to submit a file it takes like a long time to load yesterday it took 6 hours and still did'nt load is there something wrong? (My internet works fine)

Then you're on the other side of the world from halomaps.org's servers. That or you're just using an ordinary broadband. By the way, referencing from school, 10 GBps is the fastest connection.

Other side of the world would not affect download speed. If only affects the ping, so say you might have 6 seconds delay of pressing a button

i could be wrong but i think you could use flash fxp to upload your file and it would display an upload progress bar might come in handy!

Dude I have roadrunner turbo the fastest internet but, I still don't know what's goin on.

You didn't do the speedtest. Just giving us the name of your internet provider doesn't really mean anything. http://speedtest.net/
