I have always wondered how pelicans come and pick up marines. I want a pelican (or say another rescue vehicle) to come and pick me and my marines up after we've faced flood for awhile in my zombie survival mod. How does it work???

The Pelicans in the campaign used recorded animations to fly around. However, since Gearbox took out the capability to make recorded animations, you can only use the existing ones.

Basically, you can't exactly designate the pelican to fly a certain path. They will fly the path that was created for them for the Campaign.

Import recorded animations by opening Sapien, and File> Import Recorded Animations. Browse to a scenario with recorded animations, which is basically the campaign.

And my post was @ Headhunter.

Usually it's the person who posted above them. In this case, I'm talking to you, because your post is above mine.

You can instruct the driver of a warthog to use a command list. However, you can't rely on it to be perfect, as it doesn't always work. Even if it works in Sapien, there's no guarantee that it'll work ingame. Here's the tutorial for making a warthog run a command list: http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=22698

However, since the marine doesn't have animations to sit in a pelican, he'll be sticking out, standing in a T-shape. Not very cool. This can be fixed, if you set the vehicle not to show the driver. Then follow the tutorial.

Also, why use HHT? That fails in so many ways. This is Halo Custom Edition. We can use scripts to load a marine into a pelican. What's more, is that we can refer to him. Think about it. Those simple Halo PC campaign mods never were very interesting. Just a few weapon swaps. Using HEK, you can add new encounters, and tell them to do things.
