There's no problem. The thing is, you CAN'T open .map files in Guerilla. You have to extract their scenario file, and modify that. Then, you have to re-compile it.

Open command prompt (cmd.exe). Then, type in: cd C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition
It should change to something like >C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition Then, type: tool build-cache-file [DIRECTORY]/[SCENARIO]
Replace [DIRECTORY] and [SCENARIO] with the directory, and scenario, respectively. So if this was a bloodgulch mod, and the scenario was called bgmod927, type: tool build-cache-file levels\test\bloodgulch\bgmod927
Then hit enter. Wait a while. A bunch of words will appear. Once words finish appearing, and the >C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition thing appears, look for "successfully built cache file" somewhere. If you can't find it, look for ###FAILED TO BUILD CACHE FILE### or something like that. If you get the second one, then cache file building failed.

This is the most surefire way. You can download and use tool++, but it fails at about anything other than map compilation.
