Alright, I am terribly confused about this. It worked a few times after I pressed F1, but now it doesn't. Anybody know how to scroll(and rotate) it in Perspective view?

alt and control means rotate and move, respectively. Scroll wheel zooms in and out

Also, control and alt at the same time = precision zoom |
