So, I just recently converted my tons of music into .sound s and .sound_looping s, and I put them in a game. The first thing I noticed was a long pause before the music actually came on, even though I made sure it was the first thing that happened. I went back, fixed a bit, then my sounds just randomly skipped all over the place. Then I tried my .sound s playing. Same problem. I tried looking up what the sounds and sound_loopings that worked had in Guerilla, so I could see if that helped, but yet again, nothing. Is there something I'm missing, or perhaps something that shouldn't be there?

I did. I placed them in the tags folder, and put in the right commands (I think.).

What sound format was it in? Also, did you adjust the sound project rate so it plays at 44100 KHz?

Did you set the perumtation index and stuff correctly?

Sound project rate? And yes, I did get all the types, checkboxes, and other stuff right. (I think)

I was told to set the sample rate at 22 050, I don't know what to believe now =(
I put it as .wav, 16 bit stereo, the above sample rate .

The sample rate depends on the sound's channels. For stereo channels, the sample rate needs to be 44100 Hz, and for a mono channel, the sample rate needs to be 22050 Hz. The sample size needs to be 16-bit in all cases.
