Well I've been working on learning bitmaps by working on my H2 hunter beam and spartan laser... I know the beam needs more particles along it as it travles and Im working on figuring that out... Well I am getting my new computer at the end of the month and was going fix up alot of problems with 3ds that gmax cant handle very well...

Alpha mapping. If the bitmap is compiled with the right settings, it doesn't show up.
fake e. or you might just need an alpha map. I've never tried it.
