I have added some marines using the tutorial "Ai Following Tutorial". I have the firing positions from A to G so far and a squad for each. Each squad as the relative letter like for the A squad/group has A for attacking defending and all of that (apart from pursing). Sometimes the marines follow me into battle but do nothing other times. Does anyone know how to fix it so they follow you no matter what?

Yes but this is a different problem and I did add this question to it but no one replied. The marines follow the player.

@jackrabbit-
yes, I will send you a message later, or maybe make a new topic. @Gamma927- I did put in (ai_follow_target_player script, do I need to do something else in the sapien with the command lists or something? Edited by Me2 on May 5, 2009 at 09:03 PM |

You compiled scripts right? If yes, and if the firing positions are working, then yes.

I did compile the scripts and there are the correct firing positions but they won't follow me unless there are enemies near by that I am shooting at or the enemy is shooting me. But I need them to follow me no matter the situation is. Even if I am going back to collect some ammo.
