you extruded the wrong way on the grip and the trigger guard is not suppose to be that fat its suppose to go in more

That tut is a very good tut and if he followed it he wouldn't have ended up extruding it the wrong way or getting his depth off

Handgun handles are supposed to griped by flexible flesh, not a box hand. The grip is not round enough.

This is very silimar to the reference you are using. the handle just isnt even a 1911 handle. so before everyone goes off on how it doesnt look right or that its boxy, its that it just isnt a 1911 handle, or at least not the one in your reference


iv held and fired a .45 1911 with a handle and grip very similar to your reference, and i can tell you that it isnt inset like you have on your model.

I think it looks good too, i'm just explaining it in a way Hunter will understand.

Spartans wear armored gauntlets on their hand, so I don't think comfort would be ap problem for them since they wouldn't actually be touching the gun.
