do you mean model it completely from scratch
if so, guess the best thing to do would be to get some really, really good screenshots of her in halo 3 |

Use the H2 Cortana. There isn't much difference between the H2 and H3 Cortana anyway when they're converted to CE. The only difference I can think of is the H3 cortana being slightly more realistic (some might say 'sexier') and having higher graphics (which won't make much of a difference when converted to CE)

Why (Sexier)? And that Cortana is from the website the tags are http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=3829 here and some of them you cant shoot them lol.
