Ok I downloaded hey there delilah its on my desktop as mp3 then i try to create a sound file but how do I do it?

Use Aduactiy, convert your sound to a .WAV format, compile with tool. |

Put it in your tags folder. That's it. You can then refer to it in scripts, and do whatever you want with it.
