Is modacity down or something? It just says "internet explorer cannot display the webpage" when I try to go there. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah I get that when I try in Firefox, happened a few days ago actually, it cleared up though. FakeEdit: It's up now, try again. |

I can't download firefox. This isn't my computer, it's my grandparents. And, no their firewall isn't blocking it. I just was on it yesterday.
