Every Sunday tutorials and maps that have been uplaoded over the course of the week are displayed on the site. At least, that is what I am led to believe anyway.

Either you missed the upload (Try searching for it) and if it still isn't added then it was against the rules or Dennis just hasn't uploaded it.
