Really there is more than one problem here but lets start with this, i got the tool++ and tried to seal a senerio file so i can play it. but it just frezes. i made MANY mistakes and unistalled both Halo CE and Halo EK. i look under microsoft games to make sure there is NO files left to the custom edition. so i reinstalled Halo CE & EK. and the files are reset. but when i open Sapien, it pops up all the messed up files. i keep looking at the directory and its not there, yet Sapien remembers it. to fix it i copied it and pasted what i wanted on the directory. but ied only get Cannot copy for the file seems to be missing.

WTF if its missing, why is it there and why DOES IT LOAD IT LIKE NOTHINGS CHANGED.
i downloaded all kinds of tutorials, but none of them helped. ied download many AI files but when i upload them. it says "not all the tags you selected can be uploaded" [[[when i did EXSACTLY what it told me to do for file placement]]]. seeing the heritic banshee download, it acturaly gave me the EXTRA files that i needed. i got the sound, bitmaps, etc. so now i know i need thoes things to have the units work. but i ask why is just the ACTOR Varient there and nothing else. i did the removing and replacing 3 times and nothing changed. even a senery Base_good file i have, is still where i messed it up. and again when i look it up in the directatory, its not there. i looked and heard windows vista (on i have)... is having plenty of problems like this. i tried to install Gmax and it just gives me, a 32 bit internet explorer is still detected on the computer. so i deleted it and it says the same thing.

WHAT DOES INTERNET EXPLORER HAVE TO DO WITH INSTALLING GMAX.

Can some one help me with this... ied like to publish my Banshee Air base map myself.

^_^ thats the only problems? Lol. Here first search tag fixing tutorial on halomaps that will help you with your sapien problem. Also please look in the halo custom edition directory for a file that is called debug.txt or debug. so then all you have to do is fix the tags in guerrilla look for red text and re-direct it to the correct directory of the tags. Fix all the tags that are listed that have problems in debug.txt anyway, download the tutorial to help you if your too lazy to search I am nice enough to link you to the tutorials.

DO NOT RELEASE MOD'S
Although a great place to learn about HEK, mods like these should not be released. Unless you did something new and drastic (EX: a new tagset, or modifications to the map model that vastly improve game play) Then maps like these will be ignored.

RELEASE YOUR MOD'S if you like it than someone else mostly likely will. Do not let people who do not like mods stop you from releasing yours. They don;t have to download it if they don't want to. We host mods for download.

ok that fixes the Sapien Tags, but is that the only reason the tool++ isnt packing the data so i can test it?

Whenever tool++ successfully compiles, or fails to compile a cache file, then it will always display some words, and then pop up a window saying that it's done. What are those words? If nothing appears, then run the original tool through command prompt.
