how do i extract tags with hek+ plz help

You open the HEK+ and select the tags to extract, right click, select add to exctraction que then click extract.

but when i click start it says save as txt is that what pos to hapen

Well... actually re=open HEK+ and there should be a check box on the right hand side that says Save a tag list or something like that and uncheck it and it will be fine. You don't want a ton of text documents cluttering your hard drive.
