I mod Halo ce, not Halo 2 vista (because I don't have it or vista), which is why I came here. I don't know exactly how difficult it is, but if it's not to hard, please help.

I'm looking for some specific sounds, the flood screech/scream/yell/whine at the end of "sacred icon" + any and all similar sounds. (basically, flood dialogue and maybe cut scene sounds) I don't know if it's possible to get them directly from the tags, but if not, how easy would it be to record them directly from the level itself (maybe turn up the type of sound class it is with a command and turn down the volume to isolate the sound).

My xfire is vick jr if you want to send me tags (if i can play them somehow with halo ce guerrilla), or sound files directly, or you can upload them to file front or something.

Thank you!

Never before have I seen such a stupid, inaccurate post. First of all, the correct directory is sound\sfx\ambience, and second of all, there si no file labelled 'Flood Scream'. He is asking how to rip in from Halo 2, not c20. He wants the Halo 2 styled Flood Scream. I would recommend you recording it with sound recordind software and creating the tag. You can rip it from Halo2, but I've heard the process is long and you need a lot of strange programs to make it work.

I should fix my first post's first sentense. (done) I don't mod Halo 2 vista because I don't have it. If I did, I could probably extract the sounds myself. But I don't which is why I came here, to see if someone else could help and do it for me. Thanks!
