I doubt you can do that in halo CE, you might be able to in the halo 2 editor as I have seen multiple instances of an animated image in the game.

Play Olympus Mons, at least, and check the secret room. Then say it's not possible to do in Halo CE.

It is possible to have an animated images in-game, I just don't know how to do it. Stuntman's only on for like 5 minutes once a month or something, so I can never ask him how.

Sheesh. I'd thought most everyone by now knew how to get to it, but yet last time I played, people still asked how.

Go to the teleporter up to where sniper is, and if you look straight, you'll see the bridge with overshield. Turn left immediately after you go through the teleporter, and look down at the pipe below. drop down onto the edge of that pipe closest to the building; too far away and you'll miss entirely, and too close, you'll bounce off a ledge that's just before it.

You use decal tags, and its ability to have a sequence of images.

You put the starting bitmap of the image in 1 decal.
(Also make sure you have each frame/image of the GIF, or video)

Then you put the next frame in another decal, and add that decal into the "next decal in chain" slot.
And so on for each frame.

Can you make a tutorial on this, I really want to make halo more than just a game for players.

Its alright I found how to do it,the guy uesd shader environment to make it move *I rip his tags to see how he did it* I tryed it an it worked but it was moveing really slow I think you can make it fast. you can stil make a tut if you like for every one els to no.

Thanks BTW

The shader chicago/extended/environment can work, but the thing is that it slides, and can only go so fast.

The decal tags just pop the next image into place, without having to slide. And you can adjust the speed.

Ill write a tut on the decal this weekend.
