i have given my ai a weapon but when he shoots it it does not fire on the right side of his body where the gun is but on the left side. How do i fix this in his model animations with gurrila?

when the ai fires his weapon, the projectile does not originates where the end of the carbine fires but to the left.

How is she when she doesn't surf?

it always does that unless in the weapon you check "Projectile use weapon origin". Beware though - it will make the FP aiming wrong

ok... now that i know that, which do people prefer in a map perfect aiming or perfect animations??

perfect aiming for snipers, BRs, carbines and pistols
perfect animations for ARs, SMGs, needlers and plasma rifles

perfect aiming for accurate weapons or slow fire rate

perfect animations for inaccurate weapons, fast fire rate or homing projectiles.

Go in the biped tag and uncheck "Fires from camera". It is in the "flags" box in the Unit section, fourth option down in there.

The AI will then fire from its weapon, not from its forehead. You, the player, will not be affected by it.
