I was following multiple reticle tutorials and i have a big problem. I opened up PhotoShop Elements 7 and I couldn't find out how to Duplicate a channel. I have searched everywhere on google and in the help files. Please someone tell me how to duplicate channels. Also can you make reticles in gimp if so please link me to a video tutorial of someone making a reticle in gimp please. Thanks.
