No.When you run it through tool you loose all rights to it.

Actually if it is Halo related in any way or is derived from or for the Halo games or story then you had no rights to it in the first place. Your rights to Models or objects created that are non-Halo like a baseball bat or tree,for example, that are placed into the game (run through tool) are now assigned to Microsoft/Bungie for use in and for the Halo franchise. Meaning you effectively give Microsoft any original copyrights to that item and since MS has the rights to the Halo game you cannot charge for, dictate the use of, or control the disposition of that item you placed in the Halo game.

Fan art is fan art and you can’t copyright fan art. Once given away you no longer control it or have any legal right to it.

Spartan Laser is eew. Most of the back half and bottom are wrong. I would start over. Also, most, if not all of those things were for VMT's "Twilight" I doubt they are going to be used in your mod.

i suggest you listen to the criticism, it'll help you in the end.

but anyways, when you get back from the break, i suggest you really try to watch alot of tutorials and rather create new tags and textures.
