Hey guys, any help avaible on this? I've had it in the past but I couldn't understand what was really wrong... so that time I had to delete what seemed wrong but this time around it looks like more important and therefore it would be hard to simply trash this important part of my BSP without atleast trying to fix.

ERROR:
Texture UV is jacked or there are verts not welded correctly. Import debug.wrl for area affected.
I'll try and continue radiosity calculations, but most likely the light map will be jacked because of this error.
radiosity error: degenerate triangle [or triangle with bad uvs] (see blue in error geometry)

SOLUTION: convert to mesh, vert mode, ctrl-A, and weld all with low value.

from here

the last part though is just bad uvw'ing maybe?
do that 1st and if you still get the last part of the error (without the "Texture uv jacked) then import the debug.wrl into max and redo the uvws where the blue on debug.wrl shows.

I tryed welding but in edit poly, I'll see if switching back helps.

From what I can see they're both linked but It gives me 247 errored elements in the debug.wrl... which is weird because these triangles look like they're ok.

it's bad uvw's. i just got the same error in sapien and just as many bad elements from the debug. i've been trying to run radiosity and getting that 'out of memory' error so i had to remake the .bitmaps and .shader_environments. now i've got this error so time for more stretching and pulling. i hate uvw mapping.

there's a good chance you have z buffered tris...i just figured this one out and got rid of the uv jacked error but it still says out of memory. you can also try unchecking 'simple' under flags in your shaders.
