hey yea skip the whole hey tuwd's back, im working on a warthog and its going good but the collision is failing to export from .jms to tag and its an exception ive never seen before:

Using the original model to use as a collision model never works for me. I just make a rough outline for the model with a new one. Don't need to be fancy.

yeah, i make a model all detailed and errorfull, then i make a fast 5 minute version unerrorfull, with the same shape, no detail, 100 polys max, and use that as the collision. you can never tell the difference.

KID, you useless posts are cluttering up these types of threads.

That error means something is messed up with your planars looking at the last line of debug text. I could be easily wrong though.

that means you added a sphere instead of a geosphere, or you added a geosphere thats too smooth.

the only time i have seen this happen is when you try to use a sphere in collision meshes. in render only models it should be fine. i have no idea what you mean by "too smooth" though

what size is the spheer? If its just a timey thing as detail and looks good, use a cube for the collision, no 1 is gonna tell the difference :), or a geosphere like myth said, but use like 10 polys..

He said he was trying to make a collision so thats why i said that. And by too smooth i meant (wasnt sure of the actual name or section) what the last guys said, kinda.
