I rigged up a Covenant Cruiser for destruction by firing either a missle or a rifle into one of its engine bays...take a look at the Pictures:

Select slide show for a better pic by pic view. Please note that this is not in the current Coldsnapwar, but a modified version of the mod. I had to remove the grunts and elite stealth in order to have enough space to add the nukes to the cruiser.
