Tell the host to ban him :P If the host doesnt know how to ban, ill chose 1.:P I remember one incident when we killed the guy who was betraying us so many times that he left.

Kill the nub and just quit and rejoin, so you wouldn't risk being banned.

I would use Xfire Broadcast to show to the whole world how n00by this guy is. Then I would start recording using Fraps, so this moment could be put onto YouTube. After getting his username, I would auto-ban him from every single map that I make.
