Where can I find E3po's HEK? I need to make bitmaps that are not the power of 2, and I need Tool** for making that.

E3Po's HEK came with a software that sent private information (like passwords) back to E3po, so it was removed. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT.

His HEK didn't have anything. Tool** (witch was not included with his HEK) did have bad stuff in it.
