As I said Microsoft/Bungie will most likely not bother you, however they have the right to if they wish. Case in point: HaloGen was ignored until the deal to develop Halo Wars was signed. Halogen was a fan creation that would have been a direct competition to the Halo Wars game and cost MS money. MS issued a cease and desist order or face being sued which was their right to do. |

I think that Halo Ce is better than all 3 games on the console because you can do more.
