okay i got another error.

i made my map, it compiled fine, got it into sapien, but i cant place scenery in certain places. like, when i right click, then drag to where I want to put it, the scenery stops before I can place it in the right spot. It's like there's an invisible wall.

Here is a picture:

The spots I cannot place scenery are outlined with Covenant Shield Generators. The map is symetrical and has identical places on the opposite side. Also, this has happened to me before, and when I get the map ingame, Grenades fall through those places on the map, and no decals appear. Also getting out of warthogs (possibly other vehicles also) on top of those polygons will make the player fall through the map (flying vehicles are okay). RRRGHH! I have already rebuilt a section of the polygons (the left part) and it did not help.

Any help would be appreciated

You must have had some errors when you ran it though tool. Fix those and it should work.

i have 5 degenerate tris
"z" buffered tris
and 8 surfaces clipped to no leaves
but i found out a very clever way to fix it >:)
The errors wont affect the gameplay anymore, but for future reference, how would I fix a degenerate/buffered triangle? Ive never bothered before because the maps can have degenerate/buffered tris without dying, but i would like to know what they are, what the look like and how to fix them Thanks in advance :)
