hey i am wonder would any one be kind enough to create me a map. does not have to be custom made but a common map like bloodgulch but with fog. and with all characters. i dont need a whole bunch of people to help me. but if they want they can talk to who ever is making it for me if more than to people making it for me then you guys can create a custom map. post for more info or whatever you want. reason for this post is my sapien and hek plus is messed up. if anything changes i will let you know but it will be a month before i can fix it. i will give full credit to who ever built this if i put it on internet.

if you can remember my sapien is not work. but i am getting it fix by a gearbox person. (technition) he said that he will give me a complete diagnosis in about a month and i cant wait since i am running a vista. he shall give me the tags and give me what problem is so i can fix it but it is to long. but a least i get to play my sapien agian or use it for that matter.

anyway does not have to be bloodgulch could be what ever you want. it could even be a custom map. any way here are the characters.
covienant.
specops- elites-grunts-
covienant- hunters-jackels-elites
flood
flood: elite flood-human-and pop one, pregnant ones.
sentinals
sentinals: the majors with the shield.
HUMANS
humans: well you could put them all.

if you refuse to put some of them on let me know which ones. but its ok.

Your Sapien was not broken. It merely was using bad globals. You just didn't want to rip out fresh tags. And I think I could manage this, but "pregnant" flood? By the way, what do you want this for? And I'll make it on beavercreek

well the hek + was having errors. i should delete hek+ and download it agian to see if it work this time.

and that pregnant flood. well i wanted it just to put. well just to come and think of it i take that off. i dont want battle being interferred by a suicide flood. so take him or it off.


ok can you do me a favor. once you get the chance. can you get the globals and this item:
glass breakable masked large.bitmap. plz. cause hek is messing up it wont extract any ce map. oh yeah, for globals get the one that i need. it is in the other thread in tool and sapien help. my more recent post in there.

was HEK + crashing when you clicked "file?"
it always does this, you just have to press the open icon instead of file, open.

If it crashes, right click the icon, click properties, then under the compatibility tab, check "Disable desktop composition"

thank you gamma.i apreaciate what you did for me. i would have done it myself but sapien is not working i tried to do that thing that you said. and it did not work. still gives the error. what now.

ok the hek+ is working let me see if i can fix the problem.

no it did not fix the problem on sapien. it will extract now. but does not fix the problem. i tried reextracting bloodgulch, a10, and a random map. still no help. still gives me the same sapien issue. still cant specify the mutiplayer globals. wierd.
ohh the map is cool.i could have not have done it any better. well of course. i only got to use sapien for about 3 days before it messed up.

your globals are messed up? just extract it from one of the maps in the HALO folder, not halo Custom Edition Edition, but regular halo. Open HEK+ then go to C:\program files\microsoft games\halo\maps and rip the globals from the bluudgulch in there it sounds like your globals are corrupted. Doing this usually helps me when my globals are corrupted :)

Gamma927, the map yesturday i play for about a sec cause i got sleepy. but now how do you make every body move. like when i play the only people that are moving and shooting are, human and the flood. why dont the sentinals, covenant, and jackals. well same thing. why dont they move. they get there buts kick by the moving humans and flood. map wierd move to an area and boom off you go. i like that purple gun. i forgot what the name is. one more thing what game type should you play in. slayer? ctf?

Err, its not meant to be an AI map. It's meant to be a machinima map. I just threw in a few booby traps, like if you wanted to bump possess the flood, they would come alive. Same with the marines. But oh well, if you like AI like that, then download AI Battlecreek, which was my first map.

Get these files:

tags\vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\warthog.bitmap
tags\vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\headlights gel warthog.bitmap
tags\vehicles\warthog\bitmaps\antenna.bitmap


Because these files are missing, it can't open the globals. So get them.

ok i tried another map but it stayed open for a little while then shut down. i will do that.

He has corrupted bitmaps.
get a fresh set of tags, the use the newest version of hek + and rip from bloodgulch everything, overwrite tags.

1) delete tags folder.
2) uninstall HEK
3) re-install HEK
4) Open HEK +
5) Open bloodgulch.map in HEK+
6) select all folders and extract to your tags folder, make sure overwrite tags is selected.
7) ???
8) PROFIT

ohh ok. i got it. ;)

nope did not work. well that was before you told me about the pc never ce. i did ce. so i will delete the tags folder agian and uninstall hek and reinstall hek and open hek+, then extract the entire folder of bloodgulch. i will see if it works.

ahh i think. ahh **** i accedently deleted the extra bloodgulch map. can you offer me a bloodgulch. i have one that i think is blank but there are a lot stuff missing or corrupted. on that bloodgulch for some reason. can you offer a bloodgulch map for pc. then i will extract it and see if it works now.

delete tags folder. reinstall HEK. go sapien and open tutorial.

hey it did not work. but the wierd thing is it had bloodgulch in the hek when i reinstalled it. is it suppose to be there?

ok i rip death island. it fix the globals problem now. how do i fix these problems.
