As for spawning biped stuffing its pretty easy just copy and paste the meta code of the biped over the projectile meta code

go to the projectile of the gun you want to shoot bipeds. go to the explosion effect of the projectile, and in the parts, create a new part, and choose a biped. (if you a newbie to the halo ce modding, il give you a better tutorial.)
