Before you start it up, right click on the icon, click on properties, go to the compatibility mode tab, and select "Disable Desktop Composition". It should work, albeit ruining your shiny Aero theme (or my Windows 7 theme)

Yes there is. Right click on the shortcut, or the exe itself. In the top there should be 5 tabs, General, Shortcut, Compatibility, Security, and Details. And there is no Aero theme on XP. Out of those five tabs, select compatibility (unless its already selected). Make sure you are right clicking the shortcut, not inside HEK+. Before you start it up, right click the icon. I'm just babbling at this point, either way, just make sure everything is right. Got it? Good.

You drag all the tags you want to extract onto the extraction cue, and click start.

Click the Yellow Gear thing, and click "Use Registry".

That sometimes doesnt work, depending on if you moved your Halo CE folder onto a new computer (Like I did.) If so, then you have to click the browse button and go to your Halo CE folder.

But first, do what he said. If it works, then its fine.

it should extract to the right places in the tags folder.
