hello, To my last pathetic attempt to fix a few things.


In my bloodgulch map the AI drives, w00pie.
But in my new map, they dont.

Strangely, they do drive in the vehicles that were originally on the map.

The command is good...
Atom:

Vehicle
Any Seat
Radius: 0
-----------------------

Thats my first problem... my second problem is:
WARNING: 22 clusters in structure_bsp levels\test\Gephyrophobia\gephyrophobia have no background sound or sound environment.
------------------------

And last:
Crosshair item 0 for vehicles\wraith\wraith mortar references an invalid sequence

I probably can fix the last error... but the other errors are annoying me...


can anyone help and describe anyting?

Those errors do matter...

i had the same error on a other map, wich caused me a exeption.

UNLESS there was somthing else that made the error... but okey,

nope, all vehicles drived.

however, if i delete the original vehicles already placed, and then place my own, they dont go in it at all.

Thats your portals.Apply sound to them and its fixed.All maps gets this until sounds is applied..The vehicle thing i have no idea.

Well to the vehicles, i've got them working at bloodgulch, they finally actually drive them.

But at my current map they just dont.

The first error is reminding you that you have no background sounds in your portals. The 2nd error is telling you that the bitmap you chose is not a sprite. Just select "not a sprite" under it and it's fixed.

Are the AI driving the exact same vehicles?

the problem is that you need to set the vehicle you want to make them drive in guerilla. theres some tutorial on it making AI drive warthogs.

and make sure they have the needed animations

FFS.

they do drive at my bloodgulch map!

i set everything in guerilla, and the command is fine.

they just dont get into the vehicle, wich is very frustrating.


And on my other map, they DO drive.

and im 100% sure it all works!

I set the command, everything.

Now i checked on deathisland, they do drive in the original vehicles there 2....

wich were already placed, you know...

Err... did you tweak those vehicles as well? And try using a vehicle_load_magic command instead of a command list, for a more... immediate load.
