When I got this error it was directly after extracting tags from a map. I would suggest reinstalling. I had to delete my entire tags folder for it to start working again, as I'm not sure what tag(s) are causing the problem.

Maybe its your memory? How much Ram do you have? (Might be too many tags loading at once); or you could have a file that is missing.

Is it not the scale of the map?
Import something from halo and check the scale.

Something in your tags is causing sapien as a program to fail, most likely a recently extracted bad tag. what tags did you extract shortly before this error?

Delete all ai and vehicles then try opening map make sure to save as different name in guirilla that way you still have original file. This will show if its a animation or some other error.

this error happens with sapien and ahobo, but not with e3po sapien

you might want to bag that program...
i also remember reading somewhere that when you extract sp levels, if you dont extract them as "recursive" or something like that in HEK+, they wont come out correctly
