Ok so I'm trying to create a wall with all this and it wont let me create a polygon :/

Like look on the
1)perspective mode square
2)I have a Octagon shaped hallway
3)It meets a box
I deleted both faces and Tried to create outline to make a polygon.
4)It tells me illegal face when I finish and i cant do it :/

Its because the normals dont match.
You are trying to make a new face between a polly thats face up and a polly thats face down, you cant do it like that.

You must think about everything in sealed world rules.
Ok, take the bottom (floor) of the tunnel part that has its normals (facing) up, so call that z+
now im gonna assume that the larger square part has a bottom on it ( it does not matter if this is not the case because the same applies for the sides and top of tunnel) , the bottom of that larger part has its normals facing down, call that z-
The inside of the tunnel is facing the opposite way from the outside and cannot be connected the way you are doing it, jou must keep insides and outsides seperate other than at entrances and such.

The tunnel, it needs an outside ( clone the pollys and increase the values or use the push modifier)
then create new pollys between the new outside of tunnel to the larger part.

Ok Im now on SAPIEN and when I load it everywhere I have something of a bitmap thats detail_ext or something then it shows up as white???
