I'm pretty sure its not hosted on halomaps. I think there was a link on the gearbox forums did you check there? If that link is down pm me, I have it and can upload it to file front later.

I tried searching for it a while ago. Couldn't find it. But ripping all the maps recursivly is just as good.
any missing tags (which there shouldn't be), could be found on this site. |

That link I posted is the complete tagset. It's just split up due to the size.
