omg help! my tool wont make bitmaps!

cd "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition"Copy that, open notepad, paste, edit for your bitmaps folder, and save it as Bitmaps.BAT. It should then tool your bitmap(s) when you double click it, although security settings might prevent this. (if there's no space in your tag's filepath, eg.: a tree, the quotes aren't needed) |

it still didnt work.... it does tha usual couldnt read toolbeta thing than just stopes and doesnt creat it

i know im just saying thats the only tool output it doesnt say anything else. and omgomg it still doesnt work!
