Well, it's been a long time since I have been on and I just recently reinstalled Halo Custom Edition. I got HEK, Tool++ etc., And I put Blitzkrieg.dle in my 3dsMax8/Plugins Folder, I ran 3dsMax 8 and it read. DLL failed to initialize. Error Code: 193 - %1 is not a valid Win32 Application. Yes I'm running Vista. I need a refresh on what to do.

You dont have all the DLLs placed in System32
What you need to do is copy each individual dll to to the folder, as if you do it all at once, one of them will already be there and a message will say unable to copy of because of existing dll. 1 at a time gets you through
