What determines if a weapon can fire on auto like the AR or single like the sniper?

In the Triggers section of the weapon tag, there's a list of flags. The one that says "does not repeat automatically" is the one that determines this. If it's checked, the trigger has to be released before shooting again. If it's not checked, then it shoots auto.
