You may not care for it, you are free to form your own opinion, but it is up to the artist to decide what is or is not finished and why. An artist will very often create a study, a partial or to use your words "unfinished" drawing/painting to explore some technique or aspect of a subject. It may look unfinished to you but it is finished and served its purpose for the artist. Unlike ACoLOL who is just trying to be childishly and transparently disparaging the original poster was displaying his artwork for you to view. Like it or not, if he feels it is finished, it is.
