This happens for every map I attempt to open. The important part is

This happens for both single player and multiplayer maps. I replaced it with the original globals as well.

Yes, I used the original globals that came with HEK

The standard cyborg? The globals were directed towards it, and my old cyborg files got overridden by me installing HEK, so I'm pretty sure it works. Oh, and I attempted to use other biped files as well.

upload your globals for us to look at.
are you sure the weapon animation error is nothing to do with it?

I fixed the problem 4 months ago. PVT Jenkins here, just had to bump it, because he has no respect for others.
