This happens for both single player and multiplayer maps. I replaced it with the original globals as well.

The standard cyborg? The globals were directed towards it, and my old cyborg files got overridden by me installing HEK, so I'm pretty sure it works. Oh, and I attempted to use other biped files as well.

upload your globals for us to look at. are you sure the weapon animation error is nothing to do with it?
