ever since I updated my game to version 1.08 I havent been able to play online. it searches for updates before going online and then it says there is an update available, press ok to download and patch your game, i say ok and it looks for an update then it says my game is already up to date. what is the deal?

You should probably manually update it. Download the patch from this site and put it into your CE Directory (Where your maps folder and stuff is). You can also go there and click on the Legendary Icon that says 'haloupdate.exe' or something.

i have tried that and it says my game is already up to date. maybe if I reinstall the game AND manual update...
