Ok heres the prob: Me and a friend of mine are trying to play a one on one Online multiplayer Halo CE game. but the issue is that i can't the his server and he can't see mine, but i can see all the other servers not just offical but User started ones. by the way the map is called "Zanzibar INTENCE". why are we not able to see each others servers?? and how do i fix this problem?? please resawned ASAP.

Do you guys both have the 1.08 upgrade?

You might not have the same map. Under filters, turn on "Show all user created maps" or something along those lines. It will show all the games online, no matter if you have the map or not. If you see his server, and try to join but fail, I'll go with you don't have the exact same map. Have him give you the map via xfire or something else.

hi there thanks for saying something!! heres some more info: yes we have the Same map (Zanzibar INTENCE)and yes i have tryed the "Show all user created maps". i am now trying to "ping" my friend using CMD (AKA command prompt). maybe this will work. if i am doing this wrong please let me know. hope this help you for giving me more support.

and yes we have the same update.

I don't understand why you're using a command prompt and pinging to eachother, I thought that was only to play on LAN. Get rid of all that, and just have him make it on the internet. Then, look on the internet for his server. Yes, this is still in CE.

i have already tryed looking for his server while in Halo CE. Please look at my first post, that is if you have not already done so...

i really hope i can fix this prob, because i really want to play a One on One game with my friend.

and yes i have tryed opening the ports on my computer (not the Wireless router). they inclued: Port 80, Port 2302 and Port 2303. hope this helps even more.
