ok. one thing. thats copyright. hunter has no copyright on his models. the whole document is null toward what his thing is. its 18 pages too. did you read the whole thing?

The only thing that could be possibly said now is, if you don't want other people to modify your creation, don't make it public. I can see how you are annoyed but you released the model to the public, people can't do much with just a model.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is no reason a person cannot modify somebody else' model, and put it on Halo Maps. AND, I admit, (IF he did use your model), he should have given you credit. Even though it was released on Halo Maps with out any "Credit" to its maker (originally, IF it is your model), he got it on the same site, distributed by you. When you put something on Halo Maps, it is than something that anyone can edit, modify, or refer to. Even so, it should not be that big of a deal (Should not be), its a 3D model on a computer. So why bring the argument here?, why not talk with the "Author" of the model instead? (Do not mention that it does not "change the fact" of what he might have done, I am aware of this.) |
