No damage effect gravity lift, its just a lift, its lifts you about 20 feet, and you drop or can stay in that place and bob up and down on the lift.

This may be a bit off topic, "but why do I feel our team has done more in 2 months, of overall work progress, than you have done on making that sandtrap map and its content?".

Seriously,

Whether it be gathering information, or making a model, we have done more. (not trying to rub it in.)

Bottom line, finish up some work, than show it, dont show "as we are working on it" stuff, finals are what people will see, not the roughs. Just a suggestion.

Ohh sweet jesus your kidding me, the major differance here is that your content dosnt work, or is pretty horrible. Also I dont show off everything I do, I have alot of pictures and videos I never showed becuase there not perfect yet. also I havent just been working on this for 5 months, ive worked on this a total of 3 weeks max.

CLS GRUNT: I meant no insult, and that "game", was a good idea, but was dismissed after the Halo Movie project was voted on, by the HS team. (Helipad Studios Team).

All the models I show have nothing to do with what I am talking about, I am talking about your mapping team, versus, our development team. (Both do different things, except we also do mapping as well, not very often, but we do, nothing that we want to release, mainly "for fun" stuff).

How can you say our content doesn't work, we have 3 different versions of a working ingame ranger. its about 12,000 poly. VERY nice. Still being upgraded constantly.

We haven't released any work, so how can you say its bad? I have seen your work, and its not a sight to see.

If our game was 100% impossible to create, how did the 3 guys that started bungie make there game from a basment, and turn it into the Killerapp of the Xbox and Xbox 360? (Killerapp is slang for "software being so good, its worth getting the hardware to use it").

All of this is fact, I'd like to see your finished map though, but the Beta should've never been released, it was horrible. I even donated the Gravity Lift, and a ship for the sky, both to Bandicoot.

The map could've had destructable vehicles, (warthogs: both guass and machine gun; and ghosts.), and a Halo 3-alike Gravity Lift. (its not portable, yet.)

Waste of polies on that ranger, and when I said your content dosnt work I was talking about your so called "working theorys" for your equitment, where you posted a pic of 30 skylights in one picture and told us that would compile as a flare. Also no you havent seen my work, youve seen some stuff I did more than 4 months ago. becuase that is the last time I posted a completly new pice of work. And all my work compared to what you have posted mine wins.

*facepalm* the differance here is that those 3 people were at least 24 years old and knew each and knew what they were doing. And that they came up with there own idea, not just building off someone elses, much like you were doing with your halo game. Theres these cool things called copyrights, that dont let you do this crap.

Actually, wouldnt building off somebody elses idea be easier than what they did?
And we have more than 3 people.
Just forget copyrights, the game was put off because a movie sounds better, and is a lot more fun to make.

The Ford Ranger is 12,000 poly's, due to "high detail", even the Engine is 3d, and the 2 shotguns and the shotgun shells and beer can are even 3d. Its definately fun to drive! WHEELIES!

I see that I still need to make you a sky.

Also, for the ground sand, make a ground map, to mix together different patterns of sand, such as the waves of sand, and plain sand

EDIT: yhea the ground texture for the sand didnt compile with the proper alpha, so I need to recompile.
