Does anyone know where I can get a server app for automessages and the like. Ive heard there's one by ric0 is that correct.

Rec0's server application is used by HIV clan and I highly doubt they are going to give it to you. Their page about it is here: http://hivclan.net/rec0sapp.htm

I was in a Coldsnap (zomg yes coldsnap blah blah) server and some guy was using that. Annoying as hell.
