post the image here in a non distorted format. .bmp or .tiff or something that doesnt blend images. .jpg would be unacceptable.

why is it grey scaled? the image cant be greyscaled and have the sprite blue in it too. as for the alpha, dont scribble on there. be neat with it, and select a box that is one pixel greater then the width and height of each icon and put the alpha there. the gradient for the meter goes in the alpha, not the base map

make the alpha for the blue outline pure white then, so its totally visible. the blue needs to be r:0 g:0 b:255 theghost scribbles. its a bad habit
