How do you add an additional script file to a map, and keep the original script file intact when compiling with Tool?

What do you mean? Is the map already compiled or is it still a scenario file?

An existing map Coldsnap has scripts that I would like to keep intact, but be able to add additional scripts for AI characters.

I don't think you can. When Sapien compiles scripts, it only compiles whatever is in the "scripts" folder, meaning that it will erase any existing scripts in the scenario. So, your only option is to find the source script file and put it in your "scripts" folder along with your new scripts.

I thought that there was a way to add a script to the scenario file if opened in Guerilla, or something like that.

i think in kornman's version you can
i remember reading that somewhere you could add in a script but still you would have to recompile anyways so... you would need the original scripts
