Hi , this problem has been going on since i recovered my computer after a virus attack.
Before then,i had no problem at all but now , when i join a game, i cant see who killed who and also cant see chat. HUD elements in game are unaffected . This happens in all games and i did not edit my custom edition game. Any help would be appreciated.Do share what you think happened here.Thanks |

Run ce, then hit the home botton. Dont click out of haloce. Start task Manager and go to procces. Find Halo and right click it. Hit set infinitty and make sure its not running on both cores. If not that, right click the halo procces again and go set prority. If its on realtime, set it to normal. I had this problem once too, thats how I fixed it.

Aw, doesn't work for me. Now, when i try to join a game , halo says the game has closed down but the game is actually still there. Ive set halo to run only on cpu 1 and the priority of it is the same ( normal).:(

I try to join a server it often says it has closed down, but after a few joins you'll get it. About the text whatever, did you minimize Halo repeatly? This could be because of text lag. |
