I have a problem with hosting servers all asuden when i first install hce i was able to host but now i can't & i need help to find out what i did wrong

More details. Is it a hosted server or a dedicated server. Then provide the steps you are doing and the error that is occurring.

if i start any kind of server it shows on the list but has no ping what so ever
