Just use the cut tool? It cuts the faces anyway you want.

I could make a joke about you being emo, But I wont.
You don't need a tutorial for using cut, just play around with it and figure out what you can do. |

but the 1 thing i found out with quickslice, select the face u wanna cut. none others, otherise itl cut em all. it only cuts what u got selected
