I am not sure, but it's something to do with moving where the weapon appears on the screen in Halo. It will not work anymore, because of patch 1.08, or at least that's what I've heard.
Look up "halo yelo" in google. The 1st or second webpage will have a download. Then search around at modacity for the "version changer" APP, then use it and use yelo.
Then press f7 when in game to bring up the menu. Getting links soon.
Edit: The links.

http://home.scarlet.be/mathy/goemitar/downloads/versionchanger/Strings.dllVersion changer. (replace the old strings.dll with this before anything else!)
Now download
http://www.hivclan.net/stuff/haloce107.exe<--that.
Extract it (the new .exe) to halo custom edition. Now turn off DX tweaker and xfire. Open up the file location for halo:custom edition. Rename it (the version 1.07) haloce.exe, and let it replace your 1.08.exe. Now open halo:custom edition. When it stars, make sure console is enabled. Press ~, type in "version 1.08ce", no underscores or quotes. Make sure you extracted yelo (d3d9.dll or something similar) to your halo ce file location, then in game press f7, and use hotkeys shown to use features.
