How do I install rag-doll physics on a biped (when it dies, or at any time, I'll test out both/either)?

Rag-doll physics in Halo 1 is not possible.

Is it a download link or something? If so, do I need to register there?

You CANNOT have ragdoll physics in Halo 1/CE because the physics engine they used does not support it. There is no program and no hack that can install ragdoll physics because the physics engine is an integral part of the game engine. It would take a complete rewrite and a new physics engine to make it work (shades of Halo 2). All you can do is change the dying animations on the biped to make them look different.

This hack/mod allows new add ons and edits to the game engine. You could essentially do it, but it would take a while.

You do not know what you are talking about. NO hack or mod will change the underlying physics engine of the game.

Unless it's a modification to the engine itself but we don't have the source

Thats whats korns hack does. It adds on to the engine by creating new tag groups.

You still do not know what you are talking about. The physics engine is unaffected by the tag groups. They are just the control functions. The Physics engine is integral to the game engine itself and no tag new or old will change it to accommodate ragdoll physics.
